Qigong - Unity of body, breath and mind - within the flow of nature

I recently found the textbook cited above "Chinese Medical Qigong" and found it closely paralled my thinking on this subject of Qi. Though it will take me a month to read it carefully, below I'll recount some of the research and thinking I find.  (Sept. 17, 2012)
